Topic: “The Doctrine of Salvation”
Opening Statement:
“The doctrine of salvation will stimulate an awareness that can:
- Bring additional measures of important “substance” (i.e., valuable information) into our prayer life; creating personal “truth declarations” within the format of one’s devotional time with the Lord
- Create a deeper knowledge about God, our Father
- Bring more of God’s truth about us into our identity, which in turn can create levels of confidence, security, & strength
The range and depths of salvation from a biblical view, far extends beyond the wonderful gift of receiving eternal rest in God.
*Targeting scriptures that are associated to the “gift of salvation” (i.e., what God has rewarded us or what has been obtained for us through Christ) & scriptures targeting the “power of Salvation” (i.e., the effects/changes that salvation brings to one’s life.
